How can gas companies improve their profitability? ——Based on DuPont analysis method

In recent years, due to serious environmental problems—increasing global natural gas demand, notable supply growth, LNG capacity expansion, consumption has increased significantly, and the industry entered a booming stage. this paper, China Resources Gas, leading company in industry, is selected as research object. We use DuPont analysis analyze its financial statement from 2014 2017 decompose company’s return on net assets into multiple of several ratios step by step. So relationship between major can be used comprehensively profitability. Taking an example, key factors affecting profitability companies are concluded.
